Inclusion Criteria

All twins with congenital from the National Register for Congenital Heart Defects from the age of 3 years.

Exclusion Criteria

Mental retardation that makes testing impossible,
insufficient language skills (German),
Surgery or interventional treatments within the last 6 months

Primary Outcome Measures

Cognitive function measured with the Wechsler Intelligence Test (cross-sectional survey from 3 to 99 years), motor competence measured with the M-ABC 2 Battery (cross-sectional survey from 3 to 17.9 years).
Secondary Outcome Measures

Quality of life measured with the KINDL-R and the SF-36 questionnaire and the strengths and weaknesses measured with the SDQ questionnaire.
