CCOPD patients; pulmonary function test values with forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) / forced vital capacity (FVC) less than 0.7 and FEV1 less than 80% of predicted; associated with a history of drug treatment and signs and symptoms of COPD exacerbation;
Typical HF signs and symptoms combined with a reduction in left ventricular (EF) fraction less than 50% by Doppler Echo, with forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) / forced vital capacity (FVC) less than 0, 7 and lower FEV1 than 80% of the forecast).
Alcoholic patients and / or drug users who cause chemical dependency; patients using invasive mechanical ventilation; hemodynamic instability; presence of unstable angina; history of myocardial infarction in the last 6 months; patients who exacerbate again within the 30-day period.
