- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the impact of nasal breathing deprivation on sleep quality in healthy adults without OSA through polysomnography.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine whether the changes observed during acute nasal obstruction are those same as those found in patients with obstructive sleep apnea.;Evaluate whether the quality of sleep in the second half of the night, which physiologically presents more cycles of REM sleep (Rapid Movement Eyes), was more impaired than the first half, with acute nasal obstruction.
