Iranian nationality, first pregnancy, ability to read and write, gestational age between 32 and 38 weeks, single twinning, age 18 to 35 years, no cesarean section indications, no history of infertility and no use of methods Fertility help, no physical problems and any special conditions that put a person in the high risk group of pregnancies and non-use of special drugs and fear score of 60 or higher after completing the pre-test
No feedback and passive attendance in training sessions Lack of attendance at a meeting, unwillingness to cooperate, and refusal to continue research and the occurrence of adverse events are among the deaths of loved ones
