Inclusion Criteria
Gestational age 20-24
Willingness to participate in research
Have reading and writing skills
first or second pregnancy
assessment of delivery as a scary event (score of 3 or more 5 Likert scale)
age range 18-35
single pregnancy
Wanted Pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic disease such as heart disease, Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus
History of abortion and cesarean section
Bleeding
Placenta previa
Use of certain drugs
Mental illness during the last year
Drug addiction and cigarette smoking
