Inclusion Criteria

ASA I and II patients; of both genders; age between 18 and 65 years; elective hemorrhoidectomy due to symptomatic hemorrhoidal disease. Patients who allow the use of their data for research activities after signing their Free and Informed Consent Terms (ICF) by them or a responsible family member.

Exclusion Criteria

Under 18 and over 65; renal or liver failure; history of drug or alcohol abuse; chronic pain or daily opioid intake; ASA III and IV patients; urgency / emergency surgery; pregnancy; psychiatric illness or cognitive disorders; known allergy to Duloxetine or the other drugs used in the study; coagulopathies; patients who refuse or have a contraindication to subarachnoid anesthesia.
