This is a randomized controlled trial to study the effect of percussion gun and scapular stabilization exercises versus only scapular stabilization exercises in participants with upper cross syndrome aged 19 to 25

All genders of age group: 19-25 years
Participants diagnosed with upper cross syndromeÃ?Â
CVA Angle < 50 degrees
Shoulder Angle <52 degrees
Participants who are a diagnosed case of any neurological condition will not be included in the study.
Participants who are on blood thinners will not be included in the study.
Fractures around the neck and shoulder region( scapula ,clavicle ,ribs , shoulder, spine)
Participants who have any blood disorders will not be included in the study.
Previous shoulder and neck surgeries wont be included in the study.
