For PD patients:
1. Male and female patients older than 18 years;
For healthy controls:
1. Male and female patients older than 18 years;
2. Adhesion to the study after signature of a written informed consent.
For long-lived subjects:
1. Subjects >100 years old
2. Siblings >90 years old
For PD patients:
1. Patients with parkinsonian syndromes with different etiology (cerebro-vascular diseases, iatrogenic, infective, malformative or metabolic);
For healthy controls:
1. Subjects affected by cardiovascular diseases (coronary heart diseases, previous coronary stenting implantations..);
2. Subjects affected by psychiatric disorders;
3. Subjects affected by systemic, kidney, liver, or pulmonary diseases.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To identify biomarkers for early diagnosis of Parkinson disease.<br>This study is a multi-center study intended to perform multi-omic (genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, lipidomics, glycomics) and validation analysis on samples from PD patients, long-lived subjects and healthy controls already recruited from 1992 to 2014.
