Inclusion Criteria

Subjects were admitted into the study if they met the following criteria

• 25 – 45 years of age.
• Body mass index (normal) 18.5 to 25 Kg/cm2
• Chronic non-specific, non-radiation LBP of more than 3 months duration between T12 and the gluteal fold.
• Subjects are chosen from both sexes.
• All subjects are medically stable and do not suffer from any other diseases or medical problems which may affect the study result.
• Conscious and without any cognitive impairment.

Exclusion Criteria

Subjects were excluded if they exhibited any of the following

• Diagnosis of fibromalagia
• Self-reported history of malignancy, vertigo and stroke.
• Low back surgery with implant.
• Suffering from haemophilia, sever diabetes, tumour or function of blood coagulation disorder.
• Subjects with serious cardiovascular disease, neurological disease and metabolic disease.
• LBP accompanied by specific pathological conditions.
• Pregnancy.
