Inclusion Criteria
to be over 18 years of age; Present medical diagnosis of chronic venous insufficiency recorded in the medical record; Being in medical follow-up at the Vascular Surgery Service of the Charity Hospital of Ijuí; No ulcer with arterial, neuropathic or mixed etiology.
Exclusion Criteria
to present irregularities in the frequency of attendance at the consultations; Discontinuity and nonadherence in ulcer treatment; Infected ulcer; Ischemia in the affected limb.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduction of at least 1 cm in the size of the venous ulcer, determined by measuring the ulcer by means of a 30 cm ruler comparing the pre-intervention evaluation and after 90 days of intervention.

Name Time Method Improvement of the score of at least 0.5 in the quality of life score assessed by the Venous Insufficiency Epidemiological and Economic Study - Quality of Life / Symptom (VEINES-QOL / Sym) questionnaire comparing the pre-intervention evaluation and after 90 days of intervention .
