rupture of anterior cruciate ligament with severe instability
- patients who're agree with using autologous quadriceps tendon
- age older than 19 years and younger than 55 years
- Osteoarthritis patients
- Leg length discrepancy patients
- Additional injuries which need surgery like major ligament rupture, fractures and who need different postoperative
rehabilitation course
- Past history of ipsilateral or contralateral knee injury which could influence the clinical results and rehabilitation
- sequelae of Polio, Parkinson disease, stroke
