Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •rupture of anterior cruciate ligament with severe instability
- •\- patients who're agree with using autologous quadriceps tendon
- •\- age older than 19 years and younger than 55 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Osteoarthritis patients
- •\- Leg length discrepancy patients
- •\- Additional injuries which need surgery like major ligament rupture, fractures and who need different postoperative
- •rehabilitation course
- •\- Past history of ipsilateral or contralateral knee injury which could influence the clinical results and rehabilitation
- •\- sequelae of Polio, Parkinson disease, stroke
