- •rupture of anterior cruciate ligament with severe instability
- •- patients who're agree with using autologous quadriceps tendon
- •- age older than 19 years and younger than 55 years
排除标准
- •- Osteoarthritis patients
- •- Leg length discrepancy patients
- •- Additional injuries which need surgery like major ligament rupture, fractures and who need different postoperative
- •rehabilitation course
- •- Past history of ipsilateral or contralateral knee injury which could influence the clinical results and rehabilitation
- •- sequelae of Polio, Parkinson disease, stroke
