- •All ASA2 parturients with singleton full term pregnancy for elective LSCS
- •Patients giving valid consent
- •Gestational age 37 to 40 weeks
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Patients on any medication that influence the cardiovascular system
- •Patients with PIH/eclampsia
- •Maternal heart disease and coagulopathies
- •Placenta previa, uterine myomas
- •Patients with contraindication to regional anaesthesia
- •Inadequate action of spinal anaesthesia and conversion to general anaesthesia
- •History of seizures or progressive neurologic disease
