Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Which impact has the fasting state, the time point of the measurement and the daily variability on the basal metabolic rate?
The basal metabolic rate is measured by indirect calorimetry either at 8 am, 10 am oder 2pm.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Secondary outcome of the study are the analysis of factors which might influence the basal metabolic rate. Therefore factors like bloodparameters, microbiota, body composition, physical activity and nutritional habits are analysed.
Blood parameters are determined by blood samples. Microbiota is determined by sequencing a stool sample.
The body composition is deternined by using a bioimpedanz analysis.
Nutritional habits are record by nutritional protocols and the physical activity is measured by an actigraph and heart sensor.
