Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult (\>19 years old or \=19 years old)
  • American society of anesthesiologist physical status I,II,III
  • Written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • Coagulopathy
  • Systemic infection or local infection
  • Patients with opioid abuse
  • Previous history of adverse events in propofol or dexmedetomidine
  • Cardiac arrythmia or congestive heart failure
  • Liver failure or kidney failure
