- •American society of anesthesiologist physical status I,II,III
- •Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Coagulopathy
- •Systemic infection or local infection
- •Patients with opioid abuse
- •Previous history of adverse events in propofol or dexmedetomidine
- •Cardiac arrythmia or congestive heart failure
- •Liver failure or kidney failure
