- •Known history of hypersensitivity to drugs used
- •Pregnant or lactating woman
- •Previous spine surgeries
- •Preexisting neuromuscular diseases or myopathy
- •Coagulation disorders
- •Patient on Calcium channel blockers and Beta blockers
