Age between 18 to 80 years old
Previous proximal humerus fracture at least 12-month prior to the study
Union fracture (confirmed both radiography and clinical testing)
Normal glenohumeral motion
No significant shoulder discomfort with VAS pain scale less than 3 points (out of ten)
Histotry of re-injury of the same shoulder
Concurrent peripheral nerve or spinal cord injury
Preexisting shoulder pathology (adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff syndrome, osteoarthritis or impingement syndrome)
nability to stand for a long period or full fill the study protocol
