age between 25-35 years; patients who have more than 3 hypersensitive teeth; teeth must be vital. Exclusion criteria: systemic diseases; using any drugs like antihistamine, sedative ,anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertension, local antisensitive, during the research period; using any antisensitive method for their teeth for last 3 months; teeth in investigation area with any enamel caries, deep cervical restorations; teeth in investigation area with fixed prosthesis; abudment and mobility grade more than 1 degree; pregnancy; breastfeeding period; allergy to potassium nitrate; extensive cervical caries; those who had allergy to experimental dentifrice and who had nonvital teeth; smokers.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hyper sensitivity of dentine. Timepoint: After first, second week and also in second and third months. Method of measurement: 4 instruments used for measurement of primary outcome, all of them used for production a contact stimuli for indicating the level of hypersensitivity, such as: 1- Williams probe, 2- ice in contact with buccal surface of the teeth for about 3 seconds, 3- unit compressed air, 4- unit water with about 20 centigrade.
