Inclusion Criteria
All children, 1-8yrs undergoing short ophthalmic procedure under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
a. Significant deviation of eye
b. Any known CNS pathology especially seizure disorder, cerebral palsy
c. Any known cardiovascular, pulmonary, genetic disorder
d. anticipated difficult airway
e. Parental refusal to participate
f. Allergy to proparacaine
