Study Overview
Brief Summary
先前的研究表明,本体感觉神经肌肉促进(PNF)拉伸技术比被动、弹道或静态拉伸方法都更能增加运动范围。然而拉伸强度变换的研究有限,以及对肌肉量化的指标如僵硬度的研究极少。因此我们的研究目的是测量 1 次不同强度的 PNF 保持一放松伸展方案后对健康成年人的腘绳肌活动度、柔韧性、肌肉僵硬度、压痛阈值、以及肌肉肌腱僵硬度的影响。以及观察每个伸展强度下柔韧性随时间的纵向变化。

Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 to 45 (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.年龄:18-45 岁;
- •2.BMI:18-26kg/m^2。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.女性处于怀孕、哺乳、生理期;
- •2.大腿存在急性或慢性疼痛;
- •3.既往有神经系统病史,如癫痫、脑瘫、脊髓损伤等;
- •4.当前使用止痛剂或精神类药物;
- •5.实验当天存在其他急性症状,如感冒、发热、咳嗽等;
- •6.受试者在研究前 6 个月有躯干和下肢的损伤;
- •9.定期服用药物、大量抽烟酗酒习惯。
