- •2)Willing participants
- •3)Both Gender
- •4)NPRS more than 5/10
- •5)Having NDI score minimum of 10% to 48% i.e., mild to moderate.
排除标准
- •1)Any recent surgery, spinal pathologies, ankylosing spondylitis, torticollis , any open wounds around the areas of neck or any recent fractures.
- •2)Hypersensitive skin
