Nursing homess that offer long-term care of seven days, 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- Nursing homes focusing on people with intellectual disabilities and mental illness
- Nursing homes where Palliative Care training has taken place in the past 12 months

Name Time Method - Change in the frequency of involvment of doctors with additional training in palliative medicine, general outpatient palliative care (AAPV), specialised outpatient palliative care (SAPV) and outpatient hospice serviece<br>- Frequency and causes of hospitalisation of residents and emergency medical intervention in nursing homes<br>- Frequency of moving to a hospice<br>- Implementation and applicability of the learned contents of the Palliative care basis training in everyday nursing home life (intervention group only)
