- •ASA I and II posted for infra umbilical surgeries

- •Refusal for block by parent/guardian.
- •Any history of bleeding disorder.
- •Local infection at the site of needle insertion.
- •History of allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •Any complication or adverse events during previous surgery under regional anaesthesia.
