- •2. Obesity: (meet one of the three)
- •Body fat%: Men≥30%, Women≥35%
- •Waist circumference: Men ≥ 90 cm, Women ≥ 80 cm
- •3. No regular exercise habits (Moderate exercise in the past year < 150 mins/ week)

- •1. Factors that can’t perform the exercise test
- •2. Use drugs that affect body weight
- •3. Type 1 DM
- •4. Weight loss >5 kg in the past 3 months
- •5. Diseases that are under diet or exercise control
- •6. Heart failure, dialysis, cancer
