入选标准
- •1.Age > 18 years old
- •2.Diagnosed cardiogenic pulmonary edema
- •-History of acute dyspnea
- •-Bilateral rales on physical examination
- •-Signs of pulmonary congestion shown on initial chest x-ray
- •3.Pulse oximetry < 95% when breathing at room air, or 88% - 92% for hypercapnic participants
- •4.Respiratory rate (RR) > 24 times per minute
排除标准
- •1.Participants who need immediate intubation
- •2.Participants with acute coronary syndrome
- •3.Participants with depressed level of consciousness (GCS<13)
- •4.Participants with hemodynamic compromise (Blood pressure < 90/60 mmHg)
- •5.Pregnant participants
- •6.Participants with respiratory failure; RR > 35 times per minute or SpO2 < 90% during or after having been given standard oxygen therapy for 10 minutes
- •7.Participants with CKD stage V or end-stage renal disease (ESRD)
- •8.Participants contraindicated for HFNC
- •9.Participants with concomitant pneumonia
