Get trigger point of upper trapizius muscle
Sport tenderness
Taut bands
Hyper irritable and
Jump sing and referred pain
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
Fracture of cervical
Numbness of arms
Take steroid
Steroid Allergy and
Get the other treatment such as acupuncture, physical therapy during going on project
