To find out the presence and look for the various patterns of muscular pain and the effect of the pain on general wellbeing in patients with cancer involving head and neck region after completion of cancer treatment.

Inclusion Criteria
All patients presenting to the oncology departments of Manipal comprehensive cancer care centre with a histopathology proven head and neck cancer diagnosis.
3 months post cancer â?? directed treatment, which could be surgery, radiotherapy or both.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients receiving only chemotherapy.
Patients with a prior diagnosis of fibromyalgia or other diagnosed clinical conditions prior to cancer diagnosis that might contribute to myofascial pain.

Name Time Method 1)Recording the prevalence of myofascial pain in patients with head and neck cancer using the myofascial pain diagnostic criteria for trigger points as per the International consensus on the cluster of criteria for trigger point diagnosis. <br/ ><br>2)Documenting the patterns of myofascial pain syndromes in head and neck cancer associated with specific muscle groups in head and neck region and the topographical representation of myofascial pain. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 3 months post cancer directed treatment
