Inclusion Criteria
Patients with histologically proven head and neck cancer who will be able and consenting to participate
Exclusion Criteria
Patients within six weeks of head and neck surgery
and who have past history of neck trauma or neck surgery unrelated to cancer

Name Time Method 1. To record the prevalence of myofascial pain descriptively in head and neck cancer using Gerwinâ??s myofascial pain diagnostic criteria <br/ ><br>2. To record the patterns of myofascial pain distribution using Travell and Simon trigger point flip chart <br/ ><br>3. To record quality of life scores descriptively using FACT Head and Neck QOL questionnaire <br/ ><br>Timepoint: July to November 2019
