- •male and female
- •age 18 - 75 years
- •BMI 15 - 30 kg/m2
- •elective coronary artery bypass
- •elective aortic valve surgery
排除标准
- •emergent surgery
- •patient refusal
- •repeat surgery
- •high risk of perioperative bleeding
- •intraoperative hypthermia (<32 degrees)
- •preoperative catecholamine support
- •low ejection fraction (<30%)
- •presence of infection
- •relevant comorbidities (NYHA IV, abnormal liver function, COPD, dialysis requirement)
- •severe mental disorder
