- Brief Summary
The study group had higher significant difference post knowledge scores than control group in Tdap vaccine knowledge scores (10.4 and 8.2, p less than 0.001) and Influenza vaccine knowledge scores (8.0 and 6.6, p less than 0.001). However, prevalence to receive Tdap (p 0.053) and influenza vaccine (p 0.79) with no statistical significance in both group. Acceptance rate of Tdap and influenza vaccine during pregnancy in Siriraj Hospital was 98.5% and 94.8% in study group and 94% and 94% in control group.

1. Pregnant women who come for antenatal care at the antenatal clinic of Siriraj Hospital.
2. Age 18 years and older.
3. Gestational age of 20 weeks or more up to 36 weeks.
4. Ability to read, listen, and write in Thai.
