Healthy females subjects presenting with body weight from 50.5 to 62.5 kilograms (kg) with unwanted localized inner thigh fat
pregnancy or lactating women less than 3 months, had previous treatment to reduce thigh fat, cryoglobulinemia, cold urticaria, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, on Methylxanthines medication, malignancy, immunocompromised host, HIV, AIDS, history of Keloid, active infection at the treatment areas, and mental illness.
