Inclusion Criteria
Pediatric patients with moderate to severe ARDS (oxygen index (OI) more than 12) according to the Pediatric Acute Lung Injury Consensus Conference (PALICC) definition using HFOV
Exclusion Criteria
cyanotic heart disease, severe obstructive airway disease, unstable spines or did not consent.
