入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Age 18-75 yrs
- •2. Chronic stroke (3 months-120 months)
- •3. No previous clinical Stroke
- •4. Ischemic or Hemorrhagic stroke
- •5. Patient conscious, coherent, comprehensible, cooperative
- •6. Upper limb paresis
- •7. Clinical evaluation:
- •8. MMSE:24-30
- •9. MRC: 1-3
- •10. Modified Ashworth Scale (1-3)
- •11. Brunnstrom stage (3-5)
- •12. EMG (flicker) activity of EDC
- •13. Surgical intervention to correct hand deformities e.g Tendon transfers with power quantified through surface EMG
- •14. Patients residence should be within 100km range from Delhi / NCR.
排除标准
- •Progressive neurological and cognitive worsening
- •Progressive systemic diseases
- •Clinically unstable
- •Contraindications to MRI and TMS
- •Major stroke with NIHSS more than 16
