Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patient aged \> 18 years.
- •2\) American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1 and 2\.
- •3\) World Federation of Neurologic Surgeons (WFNS) grade I to II aSAH and who were scheduled for an endovascular therapeutic procedure for aSAH under general anaesthesia within 5 days of aneurysm rupture.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patient refusal
- •2\) Patient aged \< 18 years
- •3\) Pregnant women
- •4\) American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 3 and above.
- •5\) World Federation of Neurologic Surgeons (WFNS) grade III and above aSAH and who were scheduled for an endovascular therapeutic procedure for aSAH under general anaesthesia beyond 5 days of aneurysm rupture.
- •6\) An unruptured aneurysm(s) or did not have aSAH.
- •7\) A previous clipping or coiling procedure for the same aneurysm.
- •8\) Undergone a concomitant extracranial\-intracranial bypass procedure or other non\-neurosurgical procedure.
- •9\) Patient allergic to medications
