- •1. Male or Female , 25 â?? 85 years of age
- •2. Dorsal laminectomy in patients with dorsal
- •stenosis / pid.
- •3. Cervical and Dorsal laminectomy in all
- •decompressive surgeries.
- •4. Psychosocially, mentally and physically able
- •to fully comply with this protocol
- •including adhering to completing forms and
- •other study procedures.
- •5. Personally signed and dated informed consent
- •document prior to any study-related
- •procedures indicating that the patient has
- •been informed of all pertinent aspects of

- •2.Dorsal scoliosis.
- •3.Fracture spine with instability.
- •4.Dorsal infection requiring fusion.
- •5.Anterior cervical fusion surgeries.
