入选标准
- •1. Patients undergoing lumbosacral spine surgeries under general anaesthesia.
- •2. Patients willing to give written and informed consent to participate in study.
- •3. Adult patients aged between 20 and 50 years.
- •4. Patient of either gender.
- •5. Patients belonging to ASA Grade I and Grade II.
排除标准
- •1. H/O allergic reactions to local anesthetics.
- •2. Patients on anticoagulant therapy and H/O coagulation disorders.
- •3. Local infection at the proposed site of puncture for caudal anaesthesia.
- •4. Patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders.
- •5. Patient with contraindication with caudal block like pilonidal sinus, congenital anomaly
- •of spine or meninges.
- •6. Patient who had undergone previous back surgeries.
- •7. Patients with history of arrhythmias, heart block, hypotension, bradycardia or any cardiac
