- •Primigravida requesting for labour analgesia
- •Full term (37-42 weeks) pregnancy
- •Live singlton pregnancy
- •Cephelic presentation
排除标准
- •ASA Grade III & IV
- •History of opioid use
- •Recived MgSO4
- •Recived oral or intravenous analgesia during labour
- •Cervical dilatation of 4 cm or more at epidural request
- •Contraindictaion to epidural analgesia
- •Containdication to vaginal delivery
