入排标准
入选标准
- •ASA physical grading I and II
- •Age group of 40 years and above
- •Patient undergoing elective total abdominal hysterectomies
排除标准
- •Patient with morbid obesity (body weight > 100kg)
- •Uncontrolled hypertension
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •Impaired renal and hepatic function
- •History of :-
- •drugs and alcohol abuse
- •seizures disorder and psychiatric diseases
- •haematological disease, bleeding or coagulation test abnormalities,
- •allergy to local anaesthetics of the amide type
- •Patient refusal to regional anaesthesia
- •Infection at local site
- •Pre-existing sensory or motor deficit
- •Deformity of spine
