入选标准
- •Elective Abdominal Surgeries performed under general anesthesia with or without association of epidural analgesia; female sex; age between 18 and 65 years old. Use of neuromuscular blocking agents; physical state ASA 1 and 2.
排除标准
- •neuromuscular, renal and hepatic diseases; BMI greater than 32.5 or less than 20.0 kg.m-2; hydroelectrolytic and acid-base disorders; use of drugs that interact with neuromuscular blockers; contraindication to spinal blocks; history of hypersensitivity to drugs used
