- •Patient refusal, Mental illness, drug addiction, Renal and hepatic insufficiency, Known allergy to local anaesthetics, Perforation of the dura during surgery, Steroid administration for surgical reasons, Component of cervical spine trauma, Upper limb trauma, head injury
