Inclusion Criteria

Patients in age group between 18 to 60 years of either sex belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I and II will be included in the study who will undergo elective surgery with placement of PLMA of size 3 or 4 patients in supine position and duration of surgery less than 2 hours

Exclusion Criteria

.Active infection within oral cavity or pharynx

.Increased risk of aspiration like in morbid obesity, obstetric patients diabetics, patients with head injury, upper gastrointestinal dysfunction, full stomach patients

. Suspected or known abnormalities in supraglottic anatomy

.known immune deficiencies

.Anticipated difficult intubation

. Hypersensitivity reaction to zinc
