Inclusion Criteria

1.All the patients belonging to ASA I or II undergoing Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in age group between 18-60 years under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Known allergies to local anaesthetic agents.

2.Local infection at site of injection.

3.Patient on oral anti coagulant drugs.

4.BMI > 35 kg/m2
