- •4.Patients undergoing open unilateral inguinal hernia surgery under spinal anaesthesia

- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Infection at needle insertion site
- •3.Coagulopathy
- •4.Patients with acute or chronic pain, currently using analgesics
- •5.Hepatic or renal failure
- •6.Allergic to local anaesthetics
- •7.Patients allergic to inj diclofenac sodium
- •Psychiatric illness
