Aged 30- 60 years old
Scheduled for vitreoretinal surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Patients refusal
Patients with glaucoma or ocular infection
Patients with impaired orbital sensation
Patients with suspected or known coagulopathy
Patients with recent myocardial or cerebral events
Patients with mental retardation
