Inclusion Criteria

Individuals of both sexes; age equal to or over 18 years; with medical diagnosis of fibromyalgia confirmed by an evaluator according to the Classification Criteria of the American College of Rheumatology revised version of 2016; individuals with preserved speech and hearing ability.

Exclusion Criteria

Medical diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome; extra-articular rheumatism affecting several areas; polymyalgia rheumatica and giant cell arthritis; polymyositis and dermatopolymyitis; tendinopathies; neuropathies; endocrine myopathies; hypothyroidism; hyperthyroidism; hyperparathyroidism; adrenal insufficiency; metabolic myopathy due to alcohol; neoplasms; spinal diseases; Parkinson's disease; pregnant and lactating women; individuals who have not taken medication for more than three months or with stable pharmacological treatment (more than 3 months); individuals who are absent more than twice in a row in the intervention group.
