Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of cirrhosis, irrespective of the etiology
2.Age group : 18â??60 years
3.Having sarcopenia
4.Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with overt hepatic encephalopathy, sepsis, active GI bleed or acute kidney injury
2.Known cases of hepatocellular carcinoma
3.Patients having a Child Pugh score of more than 9
4.Any severe chronic illness including congestive heart failure, chronic kidney disease, neuromuscular disorders or HIV
5.History of any chronic drug intake such as corticosteroids
6.Pregnant patients
