1. Be diagnosed with stroke for at least 6 months
2. Unable to grasp a glass of water with the affected hand (FMA-UE < 26/66, item wrist extension < 2)
3. Independent sitting at least 5 minutes
4. Able to follow simple command
1. Be diagnosed with other neurological deficit such as Parkinson's Disease, Peripheral nerve disorders, motor neuron disease etc.
2. Contraindication of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation such as history of epilepsy, implanted metal, pacemaker, or other medical accessories in the body.
3. Permanent restricted joint motion.
