Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Be diagnosed with stroke for at least 6 months
- •2\. Unable to grasp a glass of water with the affected hand (FMA\-UE \< 26/66, item wrist extension \< 2\)
- •3\. Independent sitting at least 5 minutes
- •4\. Able to follow simple command
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Be diagnosed with other neurological deficit such as Parkinson's Disease, Peripheral nerve disorders, motor neuron disease etc.
- •2\. Contraindication of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation such as history of epilepsy, implanted metal, pacemaker, or other medical accessories in the body.
- •3\. Permanent restricted joint motion.
