Inclusion Criteria
1.patients more than 10 years old
2. ASA physical status I and II
3. patients scheduled for an elective scalp tissue expander insertion or removal after burn induced hair loss will be included in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients with neuromuscular disease
2 Severe cardiovascular disease
3 Any contraindications to regional anesthesia as: patient refusal, coagulation abnormality, known allergy to local anesthetics or infection at the injection site
