Both Married and Unmarried Females
Nulliparous
Regular menstrual cycle (21 to 35 days)
Women with moderate to severe pain ( >5 in WaLIDD Score)
Rajah krucchra vimunchana (Painful elimination of menstrual blood).
Artavam sa vimukte tu tatkshanam labhate sukham. (Immediate relief after expulsion of menstrual blood).
Excessive bleeding.
Use of intrauterine contraceptive devices or oral contraceptive pills.
Women with mild pain ( < 5 in WaLIDD Score).
Anatomical structural anomalies like Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, endometrial polyp.
