简要总结

This study aims to investigate the relationship between dynamic balance, flexibility, and agility in male and female Kabaddi players. Kabaddi is a high-intensity contact sport that requires rapid directional changes, stable body control, and efficient movement patterns. Dynamic balance, flexibility, and agility are essential physical components that influence performance, injury prevention, and overall playing ability in Kabaddi.

The study follows an observational cross-sectional design and includes 40 Kabaddi players (20 males and 20 females) aged 10–18 years, who have been actively playing for at least one year at the inter-club level. Dynamic balance will be assessed using the Lower Quarter Y-Balance Test, flexibility using the Sit-and-Reach Test, and agility using the Modified Agility T-Test.

Statistical analysis will be performed to determine the correlation between dynamic balance, flexibility, and agility, as well as to compare these relationships between male and female players. Understanding how these physical components are interrelated can help in designing gender-specific training programs, improving performance, and reducing the risk of injuries among Kabaddi players.
